Sunday
Bad night. Woke several times with hot flash & fear. I haven’t a clue what to do. I wish I had a meds person I could count on.
Wednesday
Today I see Dr. L for the last time. I did get a return message from Bill Cote, and a name from Karen, Eliot Seigle, who we hope will be able to help.
Spent part of the time with Karen strategizing, and part curled up on the couch, trying to give my body an experience of being held safely.
Monday
OK night, thank god. Dr. Seigle called at 9:30PM and it was a relief to talk to him. I have an appointment to see him on Thursday and I’m sure that helped.
