\nBarbara suggested I write a set of affirmations and go through them every day. I realize that I always think of affirmations as being for the purpose of changing something, but they could also be true statements of positive things I know about myself.<\/p>\n
\tI am committed to making the world a better place
\n\tMy vision includes everything from the farthest galaxies to blue-green algae.
\n\tI love the Earth and all the beings she carries
\n\tI do my best to live in a way that\u2019s sustainable
\n\tI am compassionate, especially when I see someone having a bad time
\n\tI am very intelligent
\n\tI give generously to causes I believe in
\n\tI built and endowed Neskaya, a place where many people have had positive and healing experiences
\n\tI work hard to heal the wounds from my childhood\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n(Elizabeth thought these were very solemn, and suggested some that are more fun)<\/p>\n
\tI\u2019m a good story-teller
\n\tElizabeth loves me
