\nWoke afraid in the night, woke afraid & sweating in the morning.\u00a0 It feels like there is a huge and hostile being waiting for me to make a mistake and punish\/humiliate me.\u00a0 My chest still hurts.\u00a0 I feel dazed and stunned.\u00a0 I wish I knew what set this off.\u00a0 What\u2019s most discouraging is dancing last night didn\u2019t really help.
