\nI\u2019m feeling precarious, a bit lost, a little scared, a little discouraged.\u00a0 I feel like there is no firm foundation under me.\u00a0 I try to let my weight down solidly on the couch, to let the couch hold me up.\u00a0 I feel my shoulders start to hunch and let them go.\u00a0 I can feel myself trying to hold myself \u201cup out of\u201d \u2014 up out of what?\u00a0 my own experience?\u00a0 I let go and feel the ache of discouragement around my heart.\u00a0 I let myself sink down, I can feel my weight on the couch, but it also feels like everything is dissolving out from under me.\u00a0 There\u2019s no place to rest.\u00a0 Can I accept my own experience?\u00a0 Yes.\u00a0 That helps.\u00a0 Now there\u2019s a spaciousness that can hold discouragement and lostness.<\/p>\n
Feeling weak and shaky and fragile.\u00a0 Took Bella to the vet to try to get a handle on why she\u2019s peeing so much.\u00a0 Vet thinks she may be dealing with an inflammation of the bladder.\u00a0 Gave me a muscle relaxant.\u00a0\u00a0 But the uncertainty doesn\u2019t help.\u00a0 Driving back I felt like a small child \u2014 lost in a supermarket \u2014 desperate for someone older and wiser to rescue me and take charge.<\/p>\n
Dear Guides & Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m feeling very scared and lost.\u00a0 I\u2019m afraid that I won\u2019t be able to take care of myself, and everyone will go away from me.\u00a0 Please help me!
