{"id":7006,"date":"2021-03-20T11:51:10","date_gmt":"2021-03-20T15:51:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jennydeupree.com\/?p=7006"},"modified":"2021-03-20T11:51:10","modified_gmt":"2021-03-20T15:51:10","slug":"do-not-waste-your-suffering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jennydeupree.com\/?p=7006","title":{"rendered":"Do Not Waste Your Suffering"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My therapist sent me a link to a video of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TKVTzJYyyRY&amp;t=3629s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr. Eduardo Duran on &#8220;Healing the Soul Wound<\/a>.&#8221; He is speaking to Native Americans who are part of a Family Service organization working to help their people heal from the wounds of colonialism.
