\nDear Guides and Guardian Spirits.\u00a0 I\u2019m feeling completely discouraged and without hope.\u00a0 I\u2019m too tired to keep fighting.\u00a0 Please help me.
\n Dear Jenny, we are all gathered around you loving you.\u00a0 Your friends love you too.\u00a0 Many people love you and would be very distressed if you died.\u00a0 It\u2019s OK for you to stop \u201ctrying\u201d, it\u2019s OK to stop \u201cfighting\u201d.\u00a0 This is a passage, you will get through it.\u00a0 All you need to do is keep practicing being in the present, and keep practicing loving kindness.\u00a0 The most important thing is having compassion for yourself.\u00a0 You have a right to be angry that you have worked so hard for so little reward.\u00a0 It\u2019s not that there is anything deficient about how hard you have worked.\u00a0 It\u2019s the nature of the job, that the rewards appear small.\u00a0 Healing trauma takes a long time and has to be done in manageable bits.\u00a0 Because you are one of the first to be doing this work, you are changing an energy pattern for your whole species, not just for yourself.\u00a0 This is why the rewards seem so small, it\u2019s like you were dragging 1000 people with you at every step.\u00a0 This does not mean that you need to keep \u201cfighting.\u201d Just practice being present as best you can.\u00a0 Taking time off by reading escapist books is OK.\u00a0 We love you, and we honor you for all your hard work.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
