3rd cup of tea: writing practice.\u00a0thinking about doing Tong-len for the earth.\u00a0I find it very easy, which is a surprise because when I first tried breathing in someone\u2019s pain, it was too difficult.\u00a0But I love the earth, I have no distrust of my ability to love the earth, it\u2019s easy to breathe in her pain because I\u2019m already feeling her pain.\u00a0And it\u2019s easy to breathe out \u201ccomfort\u201d in the form of a vision of a healthy planet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
