I don\u2019t know when I stopped asking my Guides and Guardian Spirits\u00a0for guidance.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t stop consciously for some reason, I just stopped and only realized it when a lot of time had gone by. \u00a0Recently I was with friends, and I started to feel this \u201cbuzz\u201d inside. \u00a0A good word for it is \u201cactivation,\u201d a jolt of adrenaline.\u00a0 I couldn\u2019t feel it as fear, or anger, or excitement, but I was finding it uncomfortable.\u00a0 So I softened around it, and then relaxed around the softening, but it didn\u2019t change.\u00a0 That always makes me feel like I\u2019m doing it wrong.\u00a0 So I asked for help.\u00a0 Divine Process started answering before I had even formulated my question<\/p>\n

\nDivine Process, I really need your help.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know what this buzz is inside \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u2014 the buzz is all the fear of people who will lose their health insurance, and the ones who are afraid of being deported, and all the people who are scared in these dark times. \u00a0Softening around it is the exact right thing to do.\u00a0 Finding compassion for all those scared people is the right thing to do.\u00a0 You are doing fine just the way you are.

It did help to know what the buzz was about.\u00a0 I can hold a frightened child, or a whole crowd of scared people, but I can\u2019t seem to hold the fear if I see it as my own.\u00a0 In this case, the fear didn\u2019t go away, but I was able to hold it with compassion.<\/p>\n

\nDivine Process, please help me.\u00a0 I remind myself that I did do the Vitacost order, I did call John about the plowing, I did pay a bill and look up my balance online.\u00a0 (good for me!)\u00a0 I think there\u2019s limit to how many hard things I can do in a day.<\/p>\n
Divine Process, please help me.\u00a0 \u00a0 I am with you all the time, even though you can\u2019t feel my presence.\u00a0 I love you very much and I feel your pain.\u00a0 You are doing very well with this extremely hard task.\u00a0 You are actually healing a very deep and wounded part of yourself.\u00a0 You are with her as I am with you.\u00a0 I know you are scared and angry that you are not \u201cgetting anywhere.\u201d\u00a0 It\u2019s not about \u201cgetting\u201d somewhere, it\u2019s about being present.\u00a0 Being present to extreme pain \u2014 and the pain that baby feels is intolerable, that\u2019s why she was traumatized \u2014 is very difficult.\u00a0 You are doing well with it.\u00a0 Keep on as you have begun.\u00a0 Remember that you are loved and cherished infinitely and forever.

\nDear Jenny, the world is much bigger than the Trump idiocy.\u00a0 The planet will survive, you know that.\u00a0 Your love for the planet helps even when you can\u2019t do anything more.\u00a0 Positive energy is real, complex self-organization is real, many dimensions and beings that inhabit them are real.\u00a0 The planet you love is protected by many non-corporeal beings.\u00a0 You are doing your part in the effort to heal the planet and create a <\/i>real<\/i><\/span> democracy, that works for all the people.\u00a0 There are many many others who have picked up the challenge and become active.\u00a0 You do not need to do more than you are already doing.\u00a0 Remember you are loved and cherished totally, there is nothing you can do wrong, and there is nothing to fear.
