\nDear Guides and Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m feeling a little sad and scared and lonely.\u00a0 Can you help me?
\n Dear Jenny, relax.\u00a0 Let your weight sink down into the couch.\u00a0 You are truly supported by the earth under you, by the large group of people for whom Neskaya is important, and by many spirits including us.\u00a0 It is truly OK for you to do nothing.\u00a0 We know that this is still a little scary for you.\u00a0 You have driven yourself, your whole life, to prove that you deserve to live.\u00a0 So it\u2019s a little scary to let go of that ancient conditioned behavior.\u00a0 But it never was necessary, it was your child\u2019s mind who thought that if she could just do something \u201cright\u201d she would get the love that was in fact her birthright, she should have been getting it all along.\u00a0 Later, when it became clear that nothing you did would please your parents, you projected the one who needs to be pleased onto the great \u201cThem\u201d, on to god, spirit, the Universe, still trying to prove that you deserve to live.\u00a0 None of that was necessary.\u00a0 Just the fact of your existence proves that the Universe was not complete without Jenny, just as she is.\u00a0 Do let yourself relax and take it in.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
