O gosh so much better.\u00a0 I took a good look at my schedule for the past months, and saw that I\u2019d been having 2 therapy appointments a week during the time of the days of grace.\u00a0 I was seeing Claudia while Caryn was away.\u00a0 Lynelle suggested I do that again, but I thought I was doing well enough (!)\u00a0 That old old pattern.\u00a0 I think \u201cI\u2019m fine now,” and stop doing what was helping.\u00a0 I felt so much better after seeing that.\u00a0 I have a good chance of getting to more days of grace.\u00a0 This last week was especially hard because Karen left and Caryn wasn\u2019t back yet.\u00a0 So I need to make more appointments for the next weeks while Karen is away. \u00a0I reread my prayer to God to make it easier, and see that it was answered. \u00a0Thank you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
