Looking through my Resource Notebook<\/a>, I found this in July 2009.<\/p>\n

Caryn said that this time of low energy, of \u201cdoing nothing\u201d is a time when healing is going on deep inside.\u00a0 It\u2019s not on a conscious level, so I\u2019m not aware of it, but it is taking energy, that\u2019s why I\u2019m so tired.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So if that\u2019s true, then the best thing to do is offer myself to the process.\u00a0 I can distract my conscious mind with reading, typing, Solitaire and Puzzles.\u00a0 I don\u2019t have to do anything \u201cworthwhile.\u201d\u00a0 That\u2019s probably why I\u2019m having such a hard time replying to emails from Susan and Catherine.\u00a0 Healing on a deep level also resonates with what Eve told me when I visited her last week.<\/p>\n

Accepting my lack of energy as valid, I find that I can write those letters after all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
