8: 22 I\u2019m doing pretty badly.\u00a0 I keep having waves of fear \u2014 tho they do pass.\u00a0 Saw Karen in Montpelier \u2014 by the end of the session I was quiet inside.\u00a0 3 waves of fear passed while I was driving home.\u00a0 I talked to Dr. L & she said to raise the meds to 150 I and 40 Buspar.\u00a0 So I took extra in the middle of the day.\u00a0 If it doesn\u2019t work I will ask her to prescribe Adivam \u2014 at least I know that works with Imipramine.
\nAnd if that doesn\u2019t work, I\u2019m seriously considering going into the hospital \u2014 Lore recommended the one in Berlin\/Montpelier and Karen has had patients there and knows some of the staff.<\/p>\n
Slept hardly at all, 2 hrs before midnight but nothing after that.\u00a0 Anxiety has spiralled out of control.\u00a0 I\u2019m too exhausted to do any of my coping strategies \u2014 EFT, yoga breathing.\u00a0 I can\u2019t even read.\u00a0 I left a message for Dr. L asking her to prescribe Adivam \u2014 since I know I\u2019m OK with it.\u00a0 I don\u2019t dare try anything new.\u00a0 I think what\u2019s happening is flashbacks to the Paxil episode.<\/p>\n
4:30 Emergency appt with Dr. L.\u00a0 Gene drove me.\u00a0 I had planned to leave Bella at Abby\u2019s but Lidstrom gave me some seroquel and a prescription for adivam.\u00a0 The seroquel certainly calmed me down but I got scared again when Lynelle gave me her take on it: she thinks my medication is not working for me, and I\u2019ll need to find something new \u2014 a hospital would be the best place.
\nI quit this morning.\u00a0 Just gave up the struggle and put myself in the hands of\u00a0 …\u00a0 whoever.\u00a0 Fortunately I did get ahold of the doctor and she seemed able to help.\u00a0 At least I did feel contained talking to her, and even after I left.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
