I\u2019ve been going through \u201cRitual Year\u201d and I like it.\u00a0 I thought it was all negativity but it\u2019s not.\u00a0 I just read one about a therapy session with Karen.\u00a0 A blood-soaked bundle holding the pieces of a childhood that had never come together.\u00a0 Today I know that those fragments are the result of trauma, the pieces of an event I\u2019ve never been able to integrate.\u00a0 That\u2019s so amazing!
\nI was looking for \u201cTruth Express.\u201d\u00a0 It wasn\u2019t by itself in the quotes folder.\u00a0 It occurred to me that it might be in Ritual Year.\u00a0 When I went to the folder, I saw that the documents had never been converted into Bean.\u00a0 So I started that huge job.\u00a0 I can only do one page at a time, so it takes a while, but also allows me to look at the book in some detail.\u00a0 I copied \u201cTruth Express\u201d and \u201cEreshkigal\u201d to post in the blog.\u00a0 I posted The Journal is Center yesterday.\u00a0 Now I\u2019m reading through the printed version.\u00a0 Somewhere it says \u201cthird version,\u201d and there are marks of editing.\u00a0 I need to compare the printed version with what I have in the computer.\u00a0 There is a blank paper inserted in the last season (SUMMER) indicating where the editing stopped.\u00a0 Shall I print out a new version?
\nThe idea behind \u201cRitual Year\u201d was to collect 365 pieces of writing and arrange them according to the days.\u00a0 Many turn out to be in the correct month, but how I placed them was a pretty random process.\u00a0 They are mostly collected from journal years 1987 – 1992.\u00a0 Some of them are depressing, or maybe I should say reports of being depressed.\u00a0 Some of them I like a lot.\u00a0 It\u2019s a little like the blog in that there isn\u2019t a lot of continuity.\u00a0 I\u2019m not sure what I want to do with it, whether to try and \u201cimprove\u201d it and print out another version, or just posting some of my favorites in the blog.\u00a0 Well I\u2019ll probably do that anyway.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
