Dear Guides and Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m having a pretty rough time.\u00a0 My psychiatrist telling me I\u2019m bipolar flipped me into a state of overwhelm.\u00a0 I\u2019m feeling sad, scared, ungrounded, cold and dry.\u00a0 Non-flesh, non-human, disconnected.\u00a0 Can you help me?<\/p>\n
