Dear Guides & Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m pretty bummed out and VERY TIRED.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know if I\u2019m tired because I\u2019m depressed, or depressed because I\u2019m tired.\u00a0 Just getting through the day feels like a chore that takes everything I\u2019ve got.\u00a0 Please help me.
\n\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Dear Jenny, we love you.\u00a0 We love you a lot and we are sorry to see you having such a hard time.\u00a0 We remind you that you are still holding a vision: of peace, justice, sustainability, even as you go through the day working to get out of bed, working to cook breakfast.\u00a0 Feeling so tired does not stop you from doing the important work which is invisible.\u00a0 It\u2019s true that when you have more energy you can \u201cget things done\u201d and feel the satisfaction from that.\u00a0 Do NOT look at yourself with judgment and imagine that if you only pushed yourself harder…\u00a0\u00a0 No.\u00a0 You are truly tired.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t matter why.\u00a0 You are doing the very best that you can, except when you try to push yourself to do more than is possible.\u00a0 You are truly a person with a very good heart who wants to do what she can to make life better for everyone.\u00a0 And you are doing this, even as you go through your day: hauling firewood, paying bills, washing dishes.\u00a0 Yes, it would be much easier if you were living in community, but as things are now this is not an option.\u00a0 This is not your fault.\u00a0 It\u2019s one of the major dysfunctions in American culture at the present time.\u00a0 Relax, dear.\u00a0 It\u2019s OK.\u00a0 You don\u2019t need to do more than you\u2019re already doing.\u00a0 Remember that deep within you is a seed of goodness that wants a healthy happy life for everyone.\u00a0 This seed of goodness is in direct connection with the creator of the universe.\u00a0 It\u2019s very much OK to rest.\u00a0 Remember that we love you very much.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
