Sunday
\nBad night.\u00a0 Woke several times with hot flash & fear.\u00a0 I haven\u2019t a clue what to do.\u00a0 I wish I had a meds person I could count on.<\/p>\n
Wednesday
\nToday I see Dr. L for the last time.\u00a0 I did get a return message from Bill Cote, and a name from Karen, Eliot Seigle, who we hope will be able to help.
\nSpent part of the time with Karen strategizing, and part curled up on the couch, trying to give my body an experience of being held safely.<\/p>\n
Monday
\nOK night, thank god.\u00a0 Dr. Seigle called at 9:30PM and it was a relief to talk to him.\u00a0 I have an appointment to see him on Thursday and I\u2019m sure that helped.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
