\nWoke in fear, took 50 Seroquel, later took .5 Ativan.\u00a0 So now I\u2019m sleepy.\u00a0 And nothing to say.\u00a0 Nothing to hold on to any more either \u2014 I\u2019m totally bereft of resources \u2014 I didn\u2019t even do the 20 minute meditations yesterday.
\nMy psychiatrist said she\u2019s taking some time off to adopt a baby so I have to find someone else to supervise my meds.\u00a0 I called Karen, Lore, and Janet, but no one\u2019s called back.\u00a0 The news is discouraging, there doesn\u2019t seem to be anybody<\/p>\n
I\u2019m exhausted and terrified and weak.\u00a0 I feel hungry, but I did cook and eat eggs & rice, washed dishes, brought in wood, dumped compost.\u00a0 Last night I tried going through my journal for last fall, writing in the various medications, but I don\u2019t see any pattern at all.
