\nDear Guides & Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m feeling sad & scared & confused.\u00a0 Please help me.
\n Dear Jenny, one day at a time.\u00a0 Going to a retreat with Jack Kornfield is good, it will help strengthen your practice.\u00a0 About the financial picture: you are scaring yourself by extending current reality into the future.\u00a0 You do not know what will happen.\u00a0 No one knows what will happen.\u00a0 There is a lot of fear out there.\u00a0 You are feeling isolated, but the truth is you humans are all in this together and we are in it with you.\u00a0 All of us who love the earth want to see an economy that is sustainable and people living good lives based on cooperation.\u00a0 Many people are out there working for exactly this.\u00a0 You are not alone.\u00a0 Your part of the job is to maintain Neskaya as a sanctuary, and you are doing that.\u00a0 Do not be afraid.\u00a0 You are in the hands of God, and you are not alone.<\/em>
\nThank you.\u00a0 I feel warmer and lighter.<\/p>\n

I could feel the love coming from my Guardian Spirits, and it reminded me of the line in Belleruth\u2019s guided imagery \u201cAll the love and sweetness that has ever been felt for you…\u201d and I always feel grey and empty \u2014 I can\u2019t imagine anyone has ever felt that for me.\u00a0 I \u201cknow\u201d at some level that\u2019s not true, but I can\u2019t feel it, can\u2019t convince myself.\u00a0 Back in the days when I recited \u201cRon loves me, Trudi loves me…\u201d they had both said explicitly \u201cI love you\u201d, and many others I felt sure of.\u00a0 But now I feel really unsure.\u00a0 I think about one friend \u2014 surely she loves me, she has certainly acted like it and tells me so \u2014 but I can\u2019t imagine it because I can\u2019t believe she still loves me despite all the things I haven\u2019t been able to do for her.\u00a0 [This sentence reflects my belief that if I can\u2019t do something someone needs or wants, then I don\u2019t care about them.]\u00a0 Another friend has expressed caring for me, but I can\u2019t believe in it or take it in, because\u2014 because what? I feel like I\u2019m always making things difficult for her.\u00a0 I also imagine that she\u2019s jealous because I have money and don\u2019t have to work.\u00a0 I did think about two people I know really love me and feel \u201clove and sweetness\u201d toward me: Beverly Decker and Cathy Jay.\u00a0 Thinking of them helps a lot.\u00a0 Also thinking about Beverly Woods, and Karen Collins, Jo, Jesse, Jerry & Lisa who said \u201cwe love you and want you to be well.\u201d Then I wondered if the earth loved me and felt a great gush of love from under my feet.\u00a0 I got tears in my eyes.\u00a0 Yes the earth does love me.\u00a0 I can rest on that.\u00a0 And god loves me too \u2014 \u201cwhatever you have done or not done.\u201d<\/p>\n
