Dear Guides and Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m feeling very lost and confused.\u00a0 I\u2019ve no idea what happened to me, why I\u2019ve collapsed so badly.\u00a0 I\u2019ve no idea what to do except follow Dr. Seigle\u2019s program and keep working with Karen and Caryn.\u00a0 The life I had is gone, and I don\u2019t know how to keep going.\u00a0 I\u2019ve been asking God to please show me what he\/she\/it\/they want me to do with what\u2019s left.\u00a0 But I haven\u2019t had any answer.
