\nYesterday I had some times of being completely relaxed, feeling my whole body sinking down.\u00a0 It felt wonderful.\u00a0 At the moment, I feel that fullness in the chest and it keeps me from that complete relaxing.\u00a0 I can feel that my legs & arms are relaxed.
\nInvestigate the feeling in my chest.\u00a0 It fills my whole chest, there\u2019s a kind of expansive pressure and the energy squeezes out or pushes up into the sides of my neck and jaw, and a little down the insides of my arms.\u00a0 Its color is yellow.\u00a0 It\u2019s a little like a hydraulic fluid \u2014 dense and under pressure.\u00a0 Now it\u2019s eased in my chest but gotten stronger in my neck and head.\u00a0 I keep consciously relaxing.
\nHere comes another wave.\u00a0 It starts in the center of my chest and aches \u2014 like a lump in the throat.\u00a0 Now it\u2019s eased and become an ache at the back of my skull.<\/p>\n
Session with Caryn.\u00a0 Explored the feeling of activation in my chest.\u00a0 Connected it to difficulty breathing \u2014 possibly birth or the Nia fall \u2014 anyway I found there was pressure when I breathed out.\u00a0 Caryn suggested it might have to do with birth and talked about \u201ccoming in gently this time,\u201d and I started to cry.\u00a0 Then I lay on my side & just explored my breathing, trying to be as gentle as possible, allowing the breath to come & go easily, taking small breaths.\u00a0 There were a lot of small shifts in the breathing.\u00a0 Then my right hand wanted to move, and I found myself doing a motion learned with Kevin \u2014 pushing my foot against the baseboard, my back against the other wall, and my hand opening & stretching.\u00a0 That led to work allowing my hand to receive sensation from the floor.\u00a0 I had had a pre-movement sense of pushing with my legs against the wall and pushing myself out straight and a image of my body going through an opening with a gush of water.\u00a0 Finally I did it, pushed myself right off the cushion and on to the floor.\u00a0 It felt wonderful!\u00a0 Caryn said I looked completely different.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
