\nDear Guides and Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m feeling sad and discouraged and lonely. Please help me.
\n Dear Jenny, lay your heavy aching heart on the Ocean of Compassion.\u00a0 We are with you, we are all here, and we love you.\u00a0 There is nothing you can do but continue to grieve the losses, to honor the wounds that have left you so vulnerable, that make it a continual struggle to keep your creative process flowing, that make it so hard to be friendly, reach out, start conversations, get co-creative projects off the ground.\u00a0 These things are all too much for you most of the time.\u00a0 Not because you are lazy or weak, but because you have painful wounds still unhealed.\u00a0 There is not much help from the culture, which actively opposes the healing process and makes it necessary to go into retreat, to do your healing work in therapy or in your studio.\u00a0 But an important part of healing is the participation of the community.\u00a0 You can\u2019t heal all by yourself.\u00a0 You need to tell your story to receptive witnesses, so you can feel it be received with compassion.\u00a0 This is the next step in your healing.\u00a0 We will help you design a ritual for yourself.\u00a0 Remember that we love you and want you to be healed.<\/em><\/p>\n
