\nSaturday was pretty tough.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t have anybody set up.\u00a0 When I was feeling so lonely & scared & sad I called Ann to see if she could come for a walk and she said yes!\u00a0 So we had tea.\u00a0 I told her I was doing badly and cried a little bit.\u00a0 Then I got talking about the White Mountain School (I had been asked to give a talk) and astronomy and paradigm shift.\u00a0 When we went out to walk Bella, it felt warmer out.\u00a0 We did the whole trail and then Ann left.
\nI felt enough better to go on with my day.\u00a0 I did a dump run and shopped at Mac\u2019s.<\/p>\n
Monday morning was really tough.\u00a0 I was badly depressed. Linda came about 12:15 and we walked both dogs on the Fox Hill trail along the river.\u00a0 Just past the beach there was a section of ice over the trail so we turned back.\u00a0 It took about 40 minutes.\u00a0 Then we came back here & had cups of tea and I read some of my resource passages, & cried a little.\u00a0 When she left I expected to fall back down into the pit of despair, but I didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
