\nDear Guides and Guardian Spirits, I\u2019m having a pretty hard time.\u00a0 Please help me.
\n Dear Jenny, we love you.\u00a0 We love you very much.\u00a0 We are so sorry that this is being so hard, but it is the work you came here to do.\u00a0 In allowing yourself to feel these feelings, of cold, isolation, nameless dread, you are allowing them to pass through you and not get stuck.\u00a0 We know you don\u2019t feel like anything is moving, but the sense of being stuck and the fear of being stuck is some of what you are processing.\u00a0 You are experiencing the feelings of a baby who is absolutely dependent on the outside world to get its needs fulfilled.\u00a0 This is a degree of helplessness that is unbelievably painful when it is met with neglect.\u00a0 Your feelings are a correct response to your early environment.\u00a0 You could not feel them then, it would have been too overwhelming.\u00a0 You would have ceased functioning and become catatonic.\u00a0 But these feelings must be felt or else they will remain stuck and create havoc in the environment.\u00a0 We honor you for your willingness to take on this work.<\/em>
