\nGot up because I couldn\u2019t breathe.\u00a0 Otherwise it was perfectly comfortable to lie in bed.\u00a0 So wonderful! To be comfortable in my body \u2014 despite the cold which is a small annoyance.\u00a0 So wonderful not to feel any push push push.\u00a0 So amazing to be content with not being able to do very much beyond reading, working on the puzzle, & working at the computer.
\nI did take the dog for a short walk \u2014 it was sunny \u2014 we went in behind the police station.\u00a0 A nice short walk \u2014 it\u2019s good to get to the river so quickly.\u00a0 I also went through a lot of 2008 to get material for the blog.\u00a0 What an intense year!<\/p>\n
Went to Montpelier yesterday.\u00a0 The session with Karen was fun in a way because I was feeling great.\u00a0 I had meant to bring the Resource notebook but forgot.\u00a0 So I talked about the good things \u2014 the blog and how much fun it\u2019s being, Bobbi\u2019s comment about my new ability to laugh and receive positive feedback.
\nI actually felt happy driving home, the landscape looked beautiful instead of bleak, tho maybe that was just the sun being out.
\nI got inspired by some constructions I saw at the League store.\u00a0 It looked like they were painted on flat pieces of driftwood and then wired together.\u00a0 There was an angel which looked a little like Beverly.\u00a0 I\u2019d like to make some to hang in the woods.\u00a0 I realize that the Moon Woman is a bit fragile, the cloth will get wet, and taken for nests, and it will biodegrade.\u00a0 It might be nice to have some sturdier pieces as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
