My heart is chilly.  Please help me.<br \/>\n<em>\tDear Jenny, we love you.  Relax, let your weight sink down.  The earth holds you up.  Let your heart rest on the Ocean of Compassion.  You are tired, and you are having trouble letting yourself rest.  You also need to find ways to nourish yourself and this is difficult with your history.  We suggest working with color.   Also \u2014 cut a strip of the black &#038; glitter cloth and add it to the Moon Woman.  Try reading past guidance \u2014 maybe start with 2003, also read your own Left Hand pages.  Allow these things to nourish your heart.  Remember that we love you.
