Much Better!

O gosh so much better.  I took a good look at my schedule for the past months, and saw that I’d been having 2 therapy appointments a week during the time of the days of grace.  I was seeing Claudia while Caryn was away.  Lynelle suggested I do that again, but I thought I was doing well enough (!)  That old old pattern.  I think “I’m fine now,” and stop doing what was helping.  I felt so much better after seeing that.  I have a good chance of getting to more days of grace.  This last week was especially hard because Karen left and Caryn wasn’t back yet.  So I need to make more appointments for the next weeks while Karen is away.  I reread my prayer to God to make it easier, and see that it was answered.  Thank you!
